What we liked: I’m convinced Jan is the best Real Estate agent in La Habra Heights. Jan does everything right from the moment you meet her until you close the transaction. She knows La Habra Heights better than anyone and looks after her clients interests without fail. We listed two homes with Jan. One sold at full price and the second sold for 10% over asking due to her marketing and preparation skills. She has put together a great team who help shepherd the transaction from marketing to closing.
My wife and I previously held Real Estate licenses and were very impressed with Jan’s straight forward approach. She kept us informed all the way through the transactions and never made a promise she and her team couldn’t deliver on. Two transactions with over a dozen offers and Jan was amazing, doing everything possible to look after our interests.
What we didn’t like: Absolutely nothing to add here.
If you are looking for a knowledgeable, honest, very hard working agent, Jan is the obvious choice. Go elsewhere with someone who will over promise and under deliver and then wish you went with Jan and her team.
