We were getting ready to sell our house and to look for an agent, when my brother said that we should call Jan. She had helped him buy a short sale home which took a long time. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. She took her time to explain certain aspects that we weren’t familiar with. We needed some work done on our home and she had a great list of contacts, which we used, and they were all timely and professional. She brought in a stager that made our home look top notch. Her assistant in the office was always right on the ball with the paperwork and other small items. Basically, everyone you deal with on Jan’s team, which is mainly her, knows how to get the job done, and get it done right. Our home sold quickly, and right on target to what Jan had predicted. Overall, we felt like we were treated like million dollar sellers. We would recommend Jan to everyone.
