The property that I was selling was a very difficult property. It had very little flat land. The driveway was narrow. It has a poor curb appeal. There was also an adjacent property for sale. Jan was able to overcome these obstacles and sold the property for us. We faced an additional challenge, and that was the buyer’s difficulty getting financing. The process extended for several months, until it was finally completed. During the life of the transaction, Jan kept me well informed through frequent emails and voice mails. I felt that her messages transgressed the transaction, and she understood what we were experiencing as a seller. I sold other properties, and Jan was one of the best realtors I have ever worked with. I would highly recommend her to anyone.
